General Description

The Service Technician’s role is to handle customer technical repair and service requests as well as rebuilding and repairing in house equipment as part of the Operations function. Service Technicians also work on project installations as part of the Engineering function.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Troubleshooting and repairing process and packaging & material handling equipment is required at customer site

Troubleshooting and repairing process and packaging equipment is required in house

Maintain first line service competence for primary OEM responsibility

Electrical

Work on all AC and DC power sources (Single and Three Phase)

Troubleshoot control systems

Read and work from schematics

Assist in basic fabrication and assembly requirements

Assist in integration projects. Locally and out of town

Complete work orders on all work performed

Part Requisition forms for work orders

Assist as needed on quote development

Assist in basic drawings for design and quote purposes

Cleaning equipment

Keep truck and vehicles clean

Loading of vehicles

Deliveries of equipment/parts/consumables

Pick up equipment

Pick up parts as needed

Represent Right Stuff in a professional manner during all customer interactions

Dress Code

Clean Right Stuff provided clothing at the beginning of each day

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Work setting:

• In-person
