Want to join a collaborative team and work with clients you'll love? Resolution Counseling Center is a growing private practice in the heart of Journal Square in Jersey City. Our JC Wellness team and Queer I team is currently hiring.

We are looking for therapists who love to work with adults and who are open to working with couples, or kids and teens, or all four! We prefer to hire candidates with experience working full-time as a therapist, but you don't need to have worked with couples or youth before. We provide substantial onsite training depending on your interests–usually in working with the LGBTQIA population, CBT, Play Therapy, or Perinatal Mental Health as well as other modalities and interventions. Paid group supervision is provided for all full time psychotherapist staff regardless of licensure.

Full time, hybrid-work position: onsite 2 days/wk and work-from-home 3 days/wk.

Job Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage/Family Therapy
• Current New Jersey license as LSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• Ability to work in the office two days a week (one being a weekend)
• Available to work two evening shifts (until 8pm)

Preferential Consideration:

• 2 years of full-time counseling experience (i.e. 3000 session hours)
• Experience with couples, postpartum moms and dads, or infertility issues.
• Therapists who have special expertise to offer LGBTQ clients and clients of color are particularly encouraged to apply.

Compensation:

• Fee for Service: pay ranges from $38-45/session based on experience. Therapists earns 58-70K in their first year.

• Productivity Bonuses and semi-annual Profit share (increases over 5 years up to 10% of salary)
