Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Construction Project Estimator located in Fargo, ND. The Construction Project Estimator will be responsible for cost management, construction estimating, project estimation, budgeting, and effective communication.
Qualifications
- Experience in cost management, construction estimating, and project estimation
- Strong budgeting skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimating software
- Knowledge of construction materials and methods
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus
- Relevant certification or degree in construction management or related field is a plus
