Siegel Jennings Property Tax Law is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Columbus, OH
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to three partners
Manage incoming phone calls, coordinate schedules, and ensure outstanding client communication
Act as a secondary point of contact for firmwide inquiries
Handle general office tasks such as photocopying and document scanning
Input and manage data in the firm’s proprietary database system
Assist in registering partners for conferences and speaking engagements, including event preparation and follow-up
Prepare and submit expense reports on behalf of partners
Support marketing efforts by maintaining and updating the firm’s eblast contact list
Assist with special projects and assignments delegated by partners
Requirements and Skills:
Demonstrated experience as an administrative assistant (experience in a law firm preferred)
Bachelor's or associate degree strongly preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Professional demeanor and a commitment to exceptional customer service
Ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment, both independently and collaboratively
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and a quick learner with other technology platforms
Notes:
Position is based in our Columbus Office, supporting one Columbus-based partner and two Cleveland-based partners
Hybrid work model: During the training period, full-time office attendance is required for five days a week. After training completion, the role transitions to a hybrid schedule, with two days remote and three days in the office
