We are seeking a Full time/Part Time- Child Development Specialist to join our team! You will assist in the development of children.

Small Talk Therapy is a Pediatric and Adult Speech, Occupational Therapy and Audiology practice. We are dedicated to helping children and adults successfully improve their hearing, feeding, speech and language challenges. The ability to communicate effectively is critical and is the foundation for relationships with other people. It is never a dull day at Small Talk Therapy. Come join the fun!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with children in a safe and compassionate manner
• Implement creative activities to assist with child development
• Create a positive and nurturing environment for children
• Perform a variety of tasks in therapy to help children meet developmental milestones.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with childcare or other related fields
• Passionate about working with children
• Ability to build rapport with children and their parents
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Must have 12 units in Early Childhood education/ Language development.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
