Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules and appointments efficiently.

Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for clients and staff
- Manage phone systems, including answering and directing calls
- Proofread schedules and documents for accuracy
- Perform clerical tasks such as typing and filing
- Assist with office management duties as needed
- Handle order entry tasks accurately and promptly

Skills:

- Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus
