Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Residential Real Estate Closing Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks associated with residential real estate closings. This includes legal document preparation, due diligence, title insurance, leases, and possible commercial real estate. The role is on-site and located in Atlanta, GA.

Qualifications

• Legal document preparation, due diligence, and title insurance skills
• LandTech experience a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Insurance and other benefits available
