Job Summary:

As an Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and selling our products and services to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

•Generate new business leads through prospecting, cold calling, and email marketing.

•Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.

•Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and industry analysis.

•Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.

•Meet and exceed monthly sales targets by selling our products and services to customers.

•Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

•Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to develop sales strategies and improve sales performance.

•Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to stay ahead of the competition.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

•2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.

•Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.

•Proficiency in CRM software (e.g. Salesforce.com) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
