Position Overview:
As an Insurance Restoration Sales Representative at Snap Construction, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our business forward by securing insurance restoration projects. Your responsibilities will include cultivating relationships with clients, assessing project needs, and guiding them through the restoration process. Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect, qualify, and generate leads for insurance restoration projects.
• Conduct thorough inspections and assessments of properties to determine project scope and requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Prepare and present comprehensive proposals and estimates.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and insurance companies.
• Coordinate with our production department to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in sales, preferably in insurance restoration or a related field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, estimating software).
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
