SDA Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee our contractor's performance for an agency under Health and Human Services (HHS). The Program Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and timely delivery of IT projects, with a particular emphasis on cybersecurity and infrastructure support.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the contractor's performance to ensure alignment with clients objectives and standards.
• Manage multiple multi-disciplined teams effectively, ensuring collaboration and synergy among team members.
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of IT projects, with a focus on cybersecurity and infrastructure support.
• Utilize extensive experience in IT project management to provide strategic direction and guidance to project teams.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to address concerns and provide regular project updates.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to optimize project management processes and workflows.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in the realm of cybersecurity and information systems security.

Qualifications:

• Graduate level degree from an accredited university.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the IT sector. (HHS experience preferred)
• Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects, with a focus on cybersecurity and infrastructure support.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage teams and stakeholders.
• In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
