Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate and high-quality care to seniors in their homes.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Offer companionship and engage clients in activities to promote their well-being.
• Help with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and clean living environment.
• Administer medication and assist with mobility as needed.
• Monitor and report any changes in clients’ health and well-being to the appropriate parties.
• Collaborate with the Senior Helpers team to create and follow personalized care plans.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- CPR and first aid certification
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate and patient personality

Compensation and Benefits:
- Standard hourly rates of  $18 to $20,  paid biweekly.  Additional rates available on a case-by-case basis, up to $30/hr!
