Salary: $111,000 - $129,000 annually

Essential Functions

• Research, prepare, and track grant opportunities with corporate foundations
• Research and identify corporate partnership prospects that align with EforAll's mission to support under-represented entrepreneurs.
• Cultivate, ask, and steward a portfolio of corporate donor relationships, ensuring consistent and effective communication.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for each corporate relationship, ensuring all promised benefits are delivered.
• Alongside the CDO and CEO, serve as a primary contact for all groups and companies interested in partnering with EforAll for cause marketing opportunities.
• Design and project manage all external cause marketing communications, including social media, email campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
• Create tailored sponsorship packages that align with corporate partners' goals and EforAll’s mission.
• Plan and execute fundraising and partnership events, ensuring smooth operations and successful outcomes.
• Assist in writing grant proposals and preparing reports for corporate donors to showcase the impact of their contributions.
• Analyze data related to corporate partnerships and cause marketing campaigns to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage the budget for corporate philanthropy initiatives, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with organizational goals.

Required Experience And Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication, with a strong emphasis on cultural competency and the ability to effectively communicate across diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Flexible, adaptable, and well-organized, with a demonstrated capacity to navigate cross-cultural environments and foster inclusive spaces.
• Proven experience in corporate partnerships, earned income, and cause marketing.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to cultivate and steward corporate donors.
• Experience in developing and implementing marketing plans.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in social media and email marketing.
• Ability to work flexibly in a growing organization and teamwork environment.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work remotely.
