Our client, a growing construction and disaster restoration firm in New Jersey is looking to add an experience Office Admin / Project Coordinator to their team for their Cliffwood, NJ location.

Primary Responsibilities

• Complete internal job file quality reviews
• Must possess strong telephone skills
• Maintain the job files from start to finish
• Follow up with customers via telephone / email
• Prepare invoices for billing
• Make collection calls, as necessary
• Coordinate crew and job scheduling
• Perform detailed and accurate data entry
• Assist other departments, as needed

Position Requirements

• Experience in service industry environment a plus
• Minimum of 2 years of office-related experience
• Possess polite, confident, and excellent customer service skills, including listening and questioning skills
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Must be able to work individually and with others
• Ability to maintain focus and stay on task, without direction
• Able to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
• Bilingual a plus
• must be extrememly time oriented - tardiness will not be tolerated

Hours

• 40 hours / week, flexible to work overtime when required
• 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. OR 8 : 00am - 4 : 00pm
