Revenue Enhancement Specialist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Revenue Enhancement Specialist to help us generate additional revenue from existing and future inventory. Working with Sales, Design and Operations, you will develop and execute exclusive products for key accounts and other specific customers. A working knowledge of the quilting industry is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate additional revenue from existing and future inventory
• Help plan programs, for example a block of the month
• Create exclusive kits and other products for key accounts
• Design and recolor quilts in EQ8 and/or Illustrator
• Gather trend info and feedback from customers to create needed notions, finished goods etc.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of quilting industry
• Familiarity with industry pattern designers and key accounts
• Innovative and forward-thinking
• Experience using EQ8 and/or Adobe Illustrator
• Well-organized and detail-oriented
• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Ability to prioritize projects, and adhere to timelines
• Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed
