Qualifications of Wireless Sales Associate

  • High School or equivalent (Preferred)
  • Management: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Bi-lingual: Able to speak Spanish (Required)
  • Energetic, Positive and confident attitude
  • Keen eye for detail and efficiency, with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • May require additional tasks, duties, or projects as assigned

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for full operation of retail store including opening, closing, staffing, service levels, cash and inventory
  • Adhere to all SOPs and Policies and procedures of Sin Limite Wireless
  • Make staffing adjustments as needed to meet the needs of the business
  • Majority of work hours are spent on the sales floor greeting customers, coaching employees and running the business where it matters most which is close to the customer and sales team
  • Establish and exceed organizational performance and individual performance goals
  • Complete duties and provide leadership designed to deliver high levels of service to customers within the framework of established company policies
  • Responsible for all aspects of retail including hiring, training, marketing, and team leadership
  • Ensure that visual merchandising is appealing to customers while adhering to Metro by T-Mobile standards
  • Ability to motivate, encourages, coach, develop, lead and train a winning sales team
  • Provide answers directly to customers concerning billing processes, equipment, service plan upgrades and other customer service-related issues inquiries
  • Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on training for new products and offerings and know the sales techniques necessary to sell them
  • Participate in community events, local marketing events and public relations activities to develop a positive image for the company in the local community
  • Limited travel (needed for bank deposits and supply runs)
  • Financial Management-including safekeeping of monies and devices by following all Policies and Procedures including ensuring company assets are locked in a safe at all times, unless being actively used
  • Ensuring proper time management of self and subordinates, including timely verifications and responses to time reports such as late login and late store opening reports
  • Retention, ensuring a positive comfortable work environment for Sales Advocates to grow and learn; Marketing-setting new trends to drive customers in
  • Inventory Management, ensuring all inventory is secured and accounted for
