Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative to join our Shared Services team. This role will provide top-notch customer support across multiple companies, ensuring smooth operations and outstanding customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, analytical and reporting skills, and the ability to create and implement effective policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple companies, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize QuickBooks and CMS tools to manage customer accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
  • Analyze customer data using advanced Excel skills to generate reports and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and shared services.
  • Take initiative and be a self-starter, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving them to completion.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a shared services environment.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and CMS tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a keen eye for detail.
