Description:

  • To guide the client through the process of purchasing a vehicle while providing top notch service before, during, and after the sale. This includes:
  • Being an active listener to determine the wants and needs of the client
  • To help select a vehicle that is best for them.
  • Demonstrating the features and benefits of vehicles
  • Presenting the client with options on financing.
  • Being highly self-motivated, following up with sold and unsold clients and generating future business.
  • Being detail oriented, displaying the ability to follow processes very closely
  • Maintaining a positive attitude and remaining coachable.
  • High degree of work ethic in following up with clients in a clear and efficient manner. Ability to negotiate private party acquisitions.
