Roger Bacon High School is a Catholic co-ed high school, seeking a school counselor to join their collaborative, student focused team. As a school counselor at Roger Bacon, you will work with students grades 9-12 and your primary role is to provide comprehensive counseling services to students. You will work collaboratively with students, teachers, intervention specialists, administrators, and parents to promote academic success, personal/social development, and college & career readiness. Roger Bacon is rooted in Franciscan values and is focused on developing the hearts, minds, and bodies of its young men and women in a caring challenging environment.

Qualifications:

– Master’s degree in School Counseling.

– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

– Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

– Experience working with a diverse student population.

– Proficiency in using counseling hardware and educational technology.

– Commitment to professional development and ongoing learning in the field of school counseling.
