Roni's Mac Bar, the "Viral Mac & Cheese Place", is a rapidly growing restaurant chain specializing in gourmet mac and cheese. With a combination of corporate stores and numerous franchise locations, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, delicious meals in a fun and inviting atmosphere. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive brand growth.

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth for both corporate and franchise locations. This role will oversee our social media presence, digital marketing campaigns, promotional events, and local store marketing efforts. The Director of Marketing will work closely with our Marketing Manager and part-time Marketing Reps to ensure cohesive and effective marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement companywide marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement across all platforms.
• Oversee social media strategy and content creation for our companywide accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Coordinate with part-time Marketing Reps to support local store marketing efforts, including localized promotions, events, and social media content.
• Manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, providing guidance on content creation, event planning, and promotional activities.
• Analyze marketing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with franchisees to develop and support marketing initiatives that drive traffic and sales at their locations.
• Plan and execute promotional events, both at the corporate level and in collaboration with franchise locations.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to keep Roni's Mac Bar at the forefront of the market.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Operations, HR) to ensure marketing initiatives align with overall company goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with franchisees.
• Experience in the food and beverage industry or franchising is a plus.
• Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms).
• Creative mindset with a passion for innovative marketing solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
