We are seeking a Clinic IT Technician to serve as the first point of contact for all IT related issues occurring at offsite clinic locations. The individual in this role will provide excellent customer service and support to our providers and staff ensuring that systems and applications are accessible and functioning correctly. This includes assistance with computing, printing ,(Cisco) network and VOIP Cloud-based phone system. Issues which cannot be resolved locally will be escalated using the Service Now Help Desk ticketing system where incidents and tasks are monitored to ensure timely resolution. On-Call rotation and local travel will be required.
