This is an in office position. All applicants must have the ability to commute and/or relocate to Long Island, NY prior to starting.

Position Summary: Label Compliance Associate oversees and ensures compliance of food manufacturing and labeling processes in accordance with local, state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities: Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Review of customers labels for compliance.

· Review of company's supplement fact panels and update where needed to stay compliant with ever-changing regulations.

· Creation of SOPs for warehouse staff (shipping and receiving)

· Review of website content for compliance.

· Support the ongoing evolution of FDA requirements.

· Assist customers and sales team in requests for COA's, Batch Sheets, SFP's, and Allergen Statements.

· Assist international clients with documents required for import and export and create file specifications for the company's products.

· Work with the Graphics Team to assist develop labels under FDA Labeling guidelines.

· Other tasks as assigned by Management.

Skills and Abilities:

· Strong attention to detail

· Proficient in Microsoft Office including skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, and Adobe.

· Excellent verbal and communication skills

· Ability to work independently and in a team.

· Self-starter

Job Type:

· Full-time

Schedule:

· Monday-Friday 9:00AM - 5:30PM with 1-hour lunch.

Salary: $55,000.00 to $75,000.00 a year.
