Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Manager and a Physical Therapist in an outpatient clinic in Walton, NY.. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring their progress. You will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide effective and compassionate care to our patients. Manager will oversee 8 staff performing daily operations for outpatient and swing bed services, and cardiac rehab, budget, scheduling, and follow up.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with electronic medical records is a plus
- Valid state license as a Physical Therapist
