HR Administration: Receive & review new hire paperwork for completeness, maintain digital and hard employee files, enter new employees in Quickbooks Post payroll to QuickBooks (job costing), Complete certified payroll compliance paperwork, report certified payroll to required agencies. Manage employee benefit programs - Health Enrollment & Changes, 401K enrollment.
Accounts Payable / Receivable: Match shippers to Invoices check for accuracy, post invoices to QuickBooks, respond to vendor payment inquiries, run payables reports for weekly check run. Post Receivable Invoices into QuickBooks, Follow up with Clients on payment status, Track and request payment releases from Vendors. Respond to AP questions from vendors.
Accounting: Data entry (job costing) running reports for Controller analysis.
Safety Proctor: Completing OSHA 300 Logs and managing safety compliance & folders, printing and confirming receipt of daily safety box meetings. Dealing with Workman's comp regarding any job-related injury
Potentially assisting Project/ construction manager with various admin tasks.
