**Job Overview:**
As a Customer Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving customer and agent satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, organizational abilities, and a focus on team management.
**Experience:**
Management experience required
5 years of management in insurance industry preferred
**Duties:**
- Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver high-quality service
- Learn, develop and implement customer service policies and procedures
- Handle escalated inquiries and complaints
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
- Analyze customer service data to identify trends and areas for improvement
