Position Summary:

The project manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating various aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Their primary role is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the required quality standards. The job duties and responsibilities include:

1. Project planning: Developing a comprehensive project plan, including timelines, budgets, andresource allocation, in collaboration with senior management and other stake holders.

2. Client communication: Maintaining regular communication with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the progress of the project and addressing any concerns or issues as they arise. Inform client of all changes to original scope daily and gain approval for change orders to maintain expected margins.

3. Team Management: Manage a team of roofing professionals, including contractors, subcontractors, and other professionals to ensure that all project tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

4. Ensure procured materials, equipment, and subcontractors arrive to the job sites according to Scopes of Work.

5. Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Safety Compliance: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are adhered to on the job site, including the use of PPE.

6. Budget Management: Monitor project expenses to ensure that they remain within budget and making adjustments as needed.

7. Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality, safety compliance, and progress.

8. Quality Assurance: Ensure that all work meets the required quality standards and is completed to the satisfaction of the client.

9. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.

10. Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including plans, schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

11. Project Closure: Ensure that all project tasks are completed, final inspections are passed, and all necessary paperwork is filled.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
