Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure efficiency in our supply chain and logistics processes. The ideal candidate will have expertise in operations, fleet management, transportation management, and dispatching.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate daily activities of the operations team
- Monitor and optimize supply chain processes to meet performance goals
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless operations
- Oversee fleet management activities including maintenance, scheduling, and routing
- Implement best practices for transportation management to enhance efficiency
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to drive productivity and quality standards

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a logistics or transportation environment
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including dispatching and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally at all levels

- Familiarity with phone etiquette and customer service principles
