The Brad Hendricks Law Firm is seeking an associate attorney, with a preference for candidates with experience in Plaintiff Personal Injury and/or Medical Negligence.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Negotiate optimal settlements for client benefits.
  • Prepare and take cases to trial.
  • Review medical records to support negotiation strategies.
  • Delegate tasks efficiently to paralegals and legal assistants.
  • Maintain and manage calendars, proactively addressing upcoming events.
  • Organize workload to meet established priorities and ensure timely handling of sensitive documents.
  • Monitor task lists to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintain both paper and electronic case files.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, staff, and court personnel via telephone, mail, and email.
  • Exercise discretion and judgment in communications with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
  • Perform all duties in accordance with the firm's policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with Needles Neos Case Management is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills.
