Showroom Sales/Administration (20-25 HOURS PER WEEK)

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, well-organized person with a strong work ethic who demonstrates excellent customer service skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet customers in a professional manner.
• Ability to answer the telephone, take detailed messages, respond to verbal inquiries, take direction from different sources, handle multiple tasks and be organized in a fast paced environment.
• Process quotes on computer
• Preparing files for installation and measuring.
• Maintain clean and orderly environment.
• Perform clerical or other duties such as filing, photocopying and needed or directed by manager.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma.
• Must have excellent phone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor with customers and co-workers at all times.
• Must have working knowledge of computers with QuickBooks experience
