The primary requirement of a Tropical Smoothie Café crew member is commitment to the Company’s purpose:

• Prepare smoothies and food that meets our specifications and high-quality standards including accurate measuring and following company recipes.
• Deliver “Unparalleled Hospitality” that ensures the customer is completely happy and satisfied
• Work in a team environment and help maintain a clean, safe and organized restaurant that invites a customer to a delightful, fresh experience.
• Operate the register, take customer orders, accurately handle cash.
• Prepare ingredients for food and smoothies, stocking and cleaning up
• Perform any additional tasks to run the cafe

Qualifications

• Must be available for Morning and Lunch shifts with some availabilty to work evenings and weekends based on restaurant needs.
• Must be reliable and have the desire to work at Tropical Smoothie for a minimum of 6 months
• Must enjoy and be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment and take direction from others
• Willingness and ability to continuously stand, clean and walk throughout the duration of each shift.
• Must be high-energy, open to learning, proactive, and enjoy serving excellent food and smoothies while providing a safe environment for our guests.
• Must be Smart, Hardworking and a Quick Learner
