Our guest services team plays a vital role in ensuring that every visitor feels welcomed, cared for, and valued.

Position: Guest Services Team Member

Key Responsibilities:

• Opening & Closing: Oversee the start and end of daily operations, including the boutique, studio, spa, kiva, and garden.
• Guest Experience: Create a welcoming environment to ensure positive experiences for guests, leaving an amazing first and last impression.
• Scheduling & Check-ins: Manage appointments and class schedules for yoga, spa, special events, and more, directing guests to the appropriate locations and personnel.
• Transaction Handling: Process cash, credit card, and gift card transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Guest Engagement: Interact with guests to understand their needs and inform them about our offerings, including spa services, yoga classes, events, and café specials.
• Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns or complaints with excellent service, escalating to management when necessary.
• Environment Maintenance: Ensure all areas including the boutique, yoga studio, meditation room, sitting areas, restrooms, spa, kiva, and garden are pristine and welcoming.
• Guest Satisfaction: Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and escalate issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Communication: Respond to inquiries through various mediums (email, phone, texts, in-person) promptly and professionally.

What We’re Looking For:

- A great desire to serve others and create positive guest experiences.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to close various types of sales.

- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to service.

- Ability to work well in a team and independently.

- Experience in hospitality, retail, or similar customer-facing roles is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

- Starting Pay: $18-$22 per hour, depending on experience.
