Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Charlotte, NC for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. The HR Manager will also provide guidance and support to employees and managers, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives. This role will also include daily general office tasks.

• Experience in all aspects of HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, and HR policies and procedures
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Relevant HR certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are a plus
