Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Specialist/Bookkeeper/Title Clerk. We are a family owned (40 yrs) automotive repair and sales business. We offer many benefits and fun office activities, as well as a close knit team who works together to serve our customers to the best of our abilities.
Specific job duties include the following:
Head up AP, AR/customer collections, vendor coordination, filing, invoice auditing - 3 years of experience
Make regular visits to the bank and post office as needed.
QuickBooks - must be proficient
Microsoft Office - must be proficient especially with excel spreadsheets
Prepare documents to purchase or sell vehicles, manage the DMV filings, update and maintain the inventory list, track registration/title of loaner cars and all other duties as assigned.
Assist the owner with auction acquisition, dispensation and tax exemptions.
Back up (as needed) front desk, phones if lines are busy, filing and general office tasks.
24-30 hrs/wk, between M-F, 8:00a-6:00p
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $26.00 per hour
