Position Summary: This position supports the Engineering Excellence National Accounts (EENA) Billing Team with invoicing of EENA clients for both subcontracted and self-perform work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating EENA Invoices in the company ERP
• Ensuring delivery of invoicing to clients via email or third-party system.
• Submitting subcontractor invoicing to centralized AP department.
• Following up on subcontractor paperwork and any invoicing questions.
• Responsibility for an assigned sub-set of clients; but knowledge of how to bill all clients.
• Monitoring and processing subcontractor invoicing and related documents received in shared mailbox.
• File Transfer Management between internal and external vendors
• Resolve exceptions and escalations by identifying root cause, implementing solutions and fixing customer accounts
• Interact with other departments to resolve escalations over multiple channels
• Conduct account research, resolution and support for Billing, Payment & Collections, which includes research in various systems and requests from various functions across the organization
• Prepare and ensure completion of monthly Billing and Payment processing for Commercial Customers
• Support other departments to achieve production service levels and any on-going project objectives
• Meeting minimum billed-per-day goal as assigned by department manager.
• All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school degree or GED. Post-High School education and/or 1-year related experience
• HVAC industry knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with both internal and external customers.
• Critical Thinking — Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
• Judgment and Decision Making — Considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.
• Ability to multi-task, handling of multiple priorities, and meeting of deadlines a must
• High level of accountability and accuracy a must
• Fast and accurate typing/keyboarding skills required
• Ability to follow rigid procedures and guidelines necessary
• High sense of responsibility and commitment to job well-done required
• Strong interpersonal skills working in a team environment required
• Ability to work independently with strong focus required
• This position is a regular full-time position. Normal working hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., however, during peak volume times overtime may be necessary.
