**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee orientation. If you have experience with HRIS systems like UltiPro and Ceridian, and possess excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding

- Conduct employee orientation sessions

- Utilize HRIS systems such as UltiPro and Ceridian for data management

- Assist in affirmative action planning

- Handle performance management processes

- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels

- Support employee development initiatives

- Collaborate with hiring managers to leverage recruiting tools like Taleo and Lever

- Maintain compliance with HR policies and procedures

**Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role

- Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus

- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations

- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
