Needed for a busy oral surgery practice with 2 state of the art locations in Bowie and Upper Marlboro! Professional, and results-driven candidate!
Job requirements:
Must have 1-year of experience as a dental office receptionist/ medical receptionist
◦ answering multiple phone lines for 2 locations
◦ scheduling appointments per office protocol ( consultations/surgeries)◦ Using professional tone and superb telephone customer service
◦ Calling patients with open treatment plans to fill schedule
◦ Faxing/ scanning /checking emails

Part Time also available / Bilingual a Plus
