Successfully oversee contracts for all of TRICOR’s customers while concentrating on our Aerospace customers. Ensure contracts meet all legal requirements, match company objectives, and meet expected production capacities.
Management of all new and existing contracts.
Communicate daily customer requirements, expedites, and change order requests.
Dealing directly with customers on TRICOR’s behalf.
Support internal reporting and data requests to management team and quality control team.
Communication on PO changes to customers through portals or dedicated customer sites.
Coordinate and lead all customer status calls and meetings.
Coordinate any international shipping requirements or customer specific requests with TRICOR shipping manager.
Oversee Customer Service Department.
Must be a US Citizen
Must have Aerospace contract experience
Background in Production/Manufacturing a plus
