We are seeking an experienced Home Health Aide, who has worked with individuals with Alzheimer and Dementia. This position is an integral member of a home health care team that provides home health care to an elderly gentleman suffering from Alzheimer's and Dementia. Employees work with a Dually Certified Dementia Specialist.

The ideal candidate will have excellent caregiving skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and be an avid team player. Experience with Alzheimers & Dementia a plus. Candidates must have their own reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, be willing to work weekends and overnights, and help cover shifts for vacations and call ins.
The work environment is a lovely one story home with many amenities to aid caregivers in the performance of their duties, located in the village of Hamilton NY. Competitive wage package offered.
