North Asheville | Executive Assistant/House Manager wanted for a fun and busy family of five in North Asheville. This is a FUN job! The mom is a director of an animal rescue and dad is a CEO so there will be assistance for both of their needs. The family will have a nanny to manage the children, so there will be some team work and overlap at times in the home with the nanny.
The ideal candidate would be highly organized, have ability to be flexible across multiple tasks, balance a wide range of responsibilities, once introduced to tasks the EA should be able to manage those tasks going forward independently (ie. Not just checking off a to-do list, but proactively working with the family to take care of a range of responsibilities).
Duties could include, but not limited to: Assisting with light book keeping/paying invoices for the family and some responsibilities related to family business activities, running various errands for the family, assisting with managing family properties, various project management responsibilities, research/hiring/managing of contractors as necessary, and there could be some animal fun over at the rescue if you love animals :)
Vehicle not provided, mileage paid. May be able to use a vehicle when the nanny isn’t using it with the children.
Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10a-4p, guaranteed 30 hours per week
- Start date: August, but happy to have someone start sooner
- Pay: $30-35 an hour
- Benefits: Guaranteed Pay, PTO, Holidays, other benefits to be determined
