US Pump Corp is Hiring a Remote Inside Sales Engineer
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, providing technical assistance and support to ensure customer needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product line, applications, and industry standards to effectively communicate product benefits to customers.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Education: Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience with SolidWorks/CAD/Inventor a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Customer Focus: Strong customer service orientation with a commitment to providing exceptional support and building lasting relationships.
- Team Player: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
