We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, customer service, and/or basic deli operations. The successful candidate must be friendly, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you will do: Provide friendly and attentive customer service as you work with the store manager to plan, organize, coordinate, and monitor all aspects of store operations to ensure continued growth and profitability. This includes implementing basic guidelines of customer service, marketing/ merchandising, and profit control, as well as motivating and leading the store team to provide a friendly, neighborhood store and shopping experience for customers. You'll train within each of our departments.

*Rate of pay are determined by previous experience*

Requirements:

Ideally, you'll have previous retail management experience, and either a college degree and/or knowledge of the supermarket industry. You'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to make decisions and provide effective leadership in a fast-paced environment. Store management associates will need to be available evenings and weekends.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
