Client Service Specialist Role Description:
The Client Service Specialist is part of our firm’s Middle Office Team and reports to the Head of Talent. The primary responsibilities for this role will be assisting our Advisor Teams manage the subscription process for our clients’ alternative investments and manage the account opening process with different financial institutions. The Client Service Specialist will be the lead for all AML & KYC related matters, will maintain clients’ KYC information up-to-date and organized, and will help our Advisor Teams manage the process of covering capital calls as needed.
