Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives to ensure excellent customer service experience - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Train new employees on customer service best practices and company policies - Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Qualifications: - Proven experience in a customer service management role - Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Proficient in math for handling transactions and managing budgets - Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks - Multilingual skills are a plus, as it allows for better communication with diverse customers - Experience in sales management is beneficial for upselling and cross-selling opportunities - Bilingual candidates are highly desired, as it enables effective communication with non-native English speakers - Knowledge of pricing strategies and inventory management is advantageous for handling product inquiries If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we would love to hear from you.
