Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a client base through networking and referrals
- Conduct needs-based analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Assist clients with benefits administration, including claims processing and policy changes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments

Requirements:
- Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients and establish long-term relationships
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and procedures
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and compliance
- Proficiency in telemarketing techniques and lead generation strategies

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: $11.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
