This is an office position as well as outdoor. Must be willing to do both. Looking for someone available Thursday's 9:00am-6:00pm and Friday's 9:00am-5:00pm. Description

• Provide wonderful customer service
• Accept and post payments.
• Review Lease Agreements and collect signatures.
• Aids with all lead follow-up and reservations.
• Aids with answering phones and emails.
• Cleaning and light maintenance on units to get them ready to rent after someone moves out.
• Some lifting required- 50lbs
• Some snow removal and salt spreading during Winter seasons
• Must have a Clean Driving Record
