Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various maintenance tasks, including Licensed HVAC , service calls, general maintenance, some electrical and plumbing repairs, appliances, painting- sheetrock repair and make ready knowledge. Must have dependable vehicle for the job.

Responsibilities:

- Perform maintenance tasks on HVAC calls and Tenant service calls

- Make readies repairs and painting and sheetrock repairs

- General maintenance repairs

Experience:

The successful candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

- Proficiency License HVAC Tech

- Ability to fabricate parts for repairs

- Prior experience in property maintenance or a related field

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
