Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise construction projects from start to finish
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate implementation of plans
- Oversee installations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Conduct construction estimating to determine project costs and timelines
- Implement OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment

Skills:

- Experience managing construction sites
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Familiarity with Prolog software for project management
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of roofing construction processes
- Expertise in construction estimating for accurate budgeting
- Experience with industry tools like Bluebeam for document management
- Understanding of OSHA regulations for maintaining safety standards
