Responsibilities:
· Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with overall business strategy.
· Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures.
· Monitor processes and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
· Oversee maintenance of employee records and data entry to ensure accuracy in the HR Information system.
· Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
· Monitor employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
· Monitor the administration of Benefits programs and provide input on improvements to those programs.
Stay up-to-date with trends and best practices in HR management.
Qualifications:
· Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
· Must have five years’ experience as an HR Manager or similar role.
· Must possess a strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws and regulations.
· Must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Must have the ability to build strong relationships with people in all levels of the organization.
