We are a small and growing company that provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) services to children in Chester County (PA) and surrounding counties. We are looking to add two to three behavior health technicians (BHT) or registered behavior technicians (RBT) under a pilot program. Responsibilities for the position include the following but are not limited to:
Provide direct (one on one) ABA services under the leadership of a Behavior Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Assisting in developing instructional plans, data analysis, quarterly reports, and behavior plans.
Assist with the completion of functional behavior assessments (FBA) and various skill assessments.
Consult with other professionals to offer support and training of applied behavior analysis techniques and procedures.
Support and train parents, legal guardians, other professionals and stakeholders as necessary.
Communicate with parents or legal guardians regarding client scheduling and programming.
Attend monthly staff meetings, and other meetings to meet the company requirements
Consulting behavior analyst for questions or concerns.
Comply with BACB requirements in attaining or maintaining RBT credential.
Qualifications
1. A bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education or any human services related field. May/ June 2023 graduates encouraged to apply.
2. Experience working with children (can be part of an internship) for at least six months
3. Willingness to work with children with disabilities aged one to twelve years old in the home, daycare, school, and community setting
4. Availability to work 25 hours a week including one afternoon or evening per week. (part and full time hours available in school, daycare and community setting
5. Complete 50 hours of training prior to employment for BHT. RBT’s complete about 12 hours of training prior to employment if not completed in the past
6. Bonus if you are pursuing BCBA credential (we provide free supervision)
Compensation
Pay for BHT is $22 an hour. Pay for RBT is $25 an hour. All employment is W-2.
Health and dental insurance after three months of employment. The company will contribute 50% of the premiums for BHT candidates and 100% premiums for RBT candidates.

Benefits
The employee will be eligible for all company benefits after three months of employment provided they maintain a thirty hour per week schedule. At the three month mark, a benefit package will be provided to the employee, the employee will then select benefits they would like to add to their employment package. The employer will be responsible for 50% of all premiums that are allowable by local, state, and federal law including but not limited to medical insurance, dental insurance and vision insurance. Premiums for disability shall be the employee's sole responsibilities. The employee will be eligible for a 401K with a match after one year of employment. The employee will be eligible for an annual bonus after the first year of employment.
