Responsible for supervision and mentoring of 7 accountants at multiple locations; financial reporting including financial performance of divisions, analysis of business operations, integrity of financial information using proper controls, work with general manager to provide financial guidance of operations. This role offers a strong career trajectory in this division, corporate or other company divisions; visible to C-Suite and Upper management.

What are they seeking in an ideal candidate?

Experience in a financial management role with supervisory skills

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Financial Reporting and Consolidations; budgeting and forecasting

Working understanding of tax law and payroll requirements

CPA a plus; prior big 4 or public audit a plus

Manufacturing industry a plus

up to 10% travel (Texas and Florida)
