As an Authorized Independent Service Provider to Federal Express (FedEx), Launch Logistics, Inc., is actively seeking full-time, weekend or part-time Delivery Drivers (FedEx Packages) to join our team, in delivering an ever-growing volume of FedEx inventory within the San Antonio metro area (78245). The ideal Delivery Driver will be responsible for:

• Operating in a fast-paced work environment where you will be tasked with swiftly and safely delivering packages according to a daily, new route schedule while providing top-tier customer service
• Making upwards of 150 deliveries per day
• Working independently while equipped with the resources necessary to meet team goals
• Loading delivery vehicles quickly and accurately
• Maintaining enthusiasm for the constant experience and knowledge gained in the expanding logistics/e-commerce industry

The ideal Delivery Drivers should meet the following requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and DOT Med Card
• Be physically able to handle getting in and out of a vehicle throughout the day
• Be able to maneuver packages up to 150 lbs
• Have experience with large vehicles (no Commercial Driver's License is required)
• Available for an increased workload and overtime during peak/holiday season (November through end of December)
• 1-year minimum verifiable employment driving experience within the last 3 years or 6 months over the past year (over 10k pound vehicles)
• Must pass background check, drug test, and have a clean Motor Vehicle Record
• Be punctual, reliable, and have excellent time management skills
• Full-time positions and part-time positions are available
• We offer education opportunities for applicants that do not meet the driving experience requirements
